All warranty coverage starts from the date you receive your item. Please ensure that you provide the correct parts number, part name, a brief description of the issue, and pictures for the claimed parts, as well as the following pictures. Failure to do so may result in a delay in the process:

For On-Road Vehicles (Scooter, Moped, Motorcycle, Trike):

1. Picture of the front, rear, left side, and right side of the vehicle.
2. Picture of the speedometer showing the current odometer reading.
3. Picture of the parts being claimed.

For Off-Road Vehicles (ATV, Gokart, Dirt Bike):

1. Picture of the front, rear, left side, and right side of the vehicle.
2. Picture of the parts being claimed.
