Job Duties:
- Evaluate target demographics, appropriate channels, and marketing outlets to attract buyers.
- Develop product optimization strategies to gauge customer needs.
- Collect and analyze data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand in the Powersports industry.
- Obtain information about customer needs or preferences by conferring with sales or purchasing personnel.
- Create and publish content on social media platforms to grow an audience, build brand awareness, and ultimately, boost sales.
- Develop insight into marketing performance, including overseeing local paid search engine campaigns and other local marketing efforts.
- Develop strong working relationships with store management and personnel; meet with store management to identify business opportunities to maximize presence and drive sales through marketing campaigns.
Work Schedule:
- Daily Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M.
- Number of Hours per Week: 40 hours per week.
Education:
- U.S. Master of Business Administration with a major or concentration in Marketing or U.S. Master of Science in Marketing.
- Graduate coursework to include coursework in: Research for Marketing Decisions (3 Credits), Product Management (3 Credits), Customer Experience and Qualitative Research (3 credits).
Experience:
- 6 months of experience as a Graduate Research Assistant or Marketing Intern.
