In our nearly 23 years in the business, we have come to recognize that a few small manufacturing details make all the difference. Quality welds, using a jig to lock down the frame when applying those welds is step one. Trailmaster has this process down and it pays. Frames that are slapped together break under the stress of off-road conditions.

The water-cooled power plant has been around for almost ten years and it is proven to be very reliable. Now with the addition of fuel injection, the scourge of ethanol-based fuels has been greatly reduced. The EFI also performs well in high altitude and high humidity conditions. The center pivot or center-hung rear suspension gives an additional 6 inches of throw to allow better handling in rough conditions. The 300EX comes with all the extras, windshield, light bar, chrome rims, and graphics package.

All Trailmaster products come in a factory crate or professionally assembled by Trailmaster in Dallas texas for an extra fee. They even offer the option to get a “Concierge” delivery. With this option, they are fully assembled driven on a trailer at the factory and driven off at your home or place of business. Key features:
